We’ve made setting up your account super easy. Just add your name, email address, and password, check out the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, click `Create An Account`, go to your mailbox and verify your account on the email we’ve sent you. Then you’re good to go!

Thank you, we’re delighted you’ve registered with doqit. You should have received an email from us with your verification code. Enter the given 4-digit verification code at the doqit verification stage and click on `Verify` and you will land on the doqit `Get Started` page.

If you do not receive a verification mail from us in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam as well, sometimes we land there. Not there? Please just register your email again as you may have entered it incorrectly.

Changing your password is simple. Just click on the Menu, go to ‘My Profile’, and click on ‘Change Password’. You will then be required to enter your doqit registered email address, hit the `Send` button and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Don’t worry, we can help. On the sign-in screen, click on ‘Forgot Password?’, pop in your doqit registered email, press `Send` and check your email. We’ve sent you an email with a link to reset your password.

We’re sorry you can’t sign in. There could be a couple of reasons. Have you registered for a doqit account? If not, simply sign up at It might be that your doqit account hasn’t been verified. Please check your email and spam for the verification email. Still can’t sign in? Please drop us an email at, and we’ll get straight back to help you.

Help with managing your doqit Account

Click on the Add (+) button on the Navigation bar present at the bottom of the Homepage. Then, choose a category for the document you wish to upload, set a renewal date and reminder if required, add your file, review and save!

Of course! You can edit any of the information you’ve added at any time. Just click on the edit icon ( for) the respective information, update or change the information, and save the changes and doqit will update and save the same.

doqit makes that easy for you. Choose the date you want reminded about an event, renewal or expiry and we'll drop you an email so you don't forget to log in and action it.

For now, you can upload documents in the form of PDFs, Word, Excel files, Keynote as well as Photos or Scanned Images. We do not accept video or recordings at this stage.

We have put steps in place to ensure that your account cannot be deleted accidentally. Please note deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

No doqit employees, or any third-party partners, have access to your doqit account unless you specifically grant access.

At doqit, the security and privacy of your data is our highest priority. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy prior to registration to the platform.

Yes. Keeping your information and documents safe, secure and private is our highest priority at doqit. We work closely with GDPR and Privacy experts implementing and adhering to robust privacy protections that reflect the up-to-date guidance.

We know it’s harder than ever to feel secure online and that’s why we are using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds another layer of security to prevent attackers trying to access your account, as any attacker would not only need your username and password but also need a code that is specific to you (sent to a device which you have immediately to hand). We value the security of your data thus MFA authentication is not optional.

Securing your Data at Rest means that the data from your uploaded information in doqit can only be accessed by you.

Securing Your Data in Transit means doqit employs several security measures to help safeguard the authenticity, integrity and privacy of data in transit. Data in transit is when your information/data is moving over the internet from you, the user, to doqit. When it is moving, it is encrypted and no one is able to read that information.

Your security and privacy are our highest priority at doqit. Team doqit, our developers and engineers, and other third parties we work with have no access to your sensitive personal information. Our team has access only to data that’s necessary to help you access your doqit account (by activating confirmation emails, for example). doqit maintains a comprehensive audit trail (also called an audit log).

Yes! We want to make sure you never miss a renewal date. This happens two ways – if you’ve uploaded a document then you can set your renewal date, or if you’ve pulled the information/document directly from your provider, for example, the DVLA then doqit identifies key dates and information and sets them for you.

We're sorry you want to delete your account and keen to understand why you want to leave doqit. However, we have made deleting your information easy for you. Please click on the Menu on the bottom right hand side of the navigation bar, go to delete account. You will be asked to add 'DELETE' to a text box to ensure you don't delete by mistake. Once you do delete your information, it will be immediately deleted from our system and is non-recoverable.
