Getting started & signing in

Everything you need to set up your account and start organising your life admin.

Download the Doqit app from your App Store and follow the registration process. Your account is created once registration has been completed successfully.

You should receive an email from us with your verification code. Enter the given 4-digit verification code at the Doqit verification stage and click on `Verify` and you're good to go.

Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first.

If you still can't find our emails, make sure you're checking the inbox of the email address you registered with.

If you're still having trouble, contact support@doqit.io and we'll be happy to help.

Changing your password is simple. Just click on the Menu, go to ‘My Profile’, and click on ‘Change Password’. You will then be required to enter your Doqit registered email address, hit the `Send` button and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Don’t worry, we can help. On the sign-in screen, click on ‘Forgot Password?’, pop in your Doqit registered email, press `Send` and check your email. We’ve sent you an email with a link to reset your password.

We're sorry you're having trouble signing in.

There are a few common reasons:

• You haven't completed account registration yet. If you're new to Doqit, please create an account first.

• You're using a different email address from the one you registered with.

• Your email address hasn't yet been verified. Please check your inbox and spam folder for a verification email.

• You're trying to sign in to the web version without first creating an account in Doqit.

You can access Doqit on the web at app.doqit.io.

Still having trouble? Please contact us at support@doqit.io with the email address you're trying to use and a brief description of the issue. We'll be happy to help.

If you've already have an active Doqit subscription, you should not normally be asked to purchase another one when accessing desktop.

Before purchasing again, please check:

- You're signing in with the same email address you used when creating your Doqit account.

- You're accessing the web app at app.doqit.io

- Your mobile subscription is active and linked to the same account.

If you've checked the above and you're still being asked to subscribe, please don't purchase a second subscription. Contact us at support@doqit.io and we'll investigate for you.

If you believe you've been charged for more than one Doqit subscription, please contact support@doqit.io with the email associated with the account and we'll investigate as quickly as possible.

Yes. You can access Doqit through your web browser at app.doqit.io using the same login details you use in the mobile app.

Many users use both the mobile app and desktop version, allowing them to access their important information wherever it's most convenient.

No. You can create your account via the web app or mobile app.

However, if you've already created an account on one device, make sure you use the same email address and password when signing in on another device. 

Use the email address you originally registered with when creating your Doqit account.

If you have multiple email addresses and aren't sure which one you used, please contact our support team and we'll help you locate your account.

Not necessarily.

An account is only created once the registration process has been completed successfully. If you're unsure whether your account was created, please contact us with the email address you believe you used and we'll be happy to investigate.
