Last week, Claer Barrett, Consumer Editor at the Financial Times and regular contributor to ITV's Lorraine, shared her decluttering journey - and her unsolicited love for doqit. ### The Paper Mountain Challenge "120kg of paperwork." Let that sink in. That's the weight of a rugby prop forward, or 48 reams of paper. It's also what Claer cleared out during her odyssey to go paperless. ### The 'Cupboard of Doom' We all have one - that space where paperwork goes to hide. Claer's mission to tackle hers resonated with so many because it's universally relatable. Her three-step approach proves that even the biggest paper mountains can be conquered: 1. Commit to the clear-out 2. Create accountability (via a WhatsApp support group) 3. Implement a digital system for the future ### In Claer's Words *"The ability to set reminders for when your insurance,* *MOT and passport expire and see an overview* *of what's coming up is well worth the money!"* ... [she shared on Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/p/DM0azYFI1mO/). Not an ad, not sponsored - just genuine appreciation for a solution that works. ### Why This Matters When someone who understands personal finance and consumer behavior as deeply as Claer finds value in your product, it's affirming. Because doqit was built for exactly this - to help people transform paper chaos into digital calm. ### Beyond the Clear-Out It's not about achieving perfect organisation. It's about: - Reducing mental load - Creating headspace - Getting time back - And yes, maybe reclaiming a cupboard or two! ### Ready to Start Your Journey? Inspired by Claer's WhatsApp accountability group, we're creating a doqit community group for mutual support and encouragement. Because sometimes all we need is a simple system and supportive community to make change happen.  If you'd like to join, just email [hello@doqit.io](mailto:hello@doqit.io) with you name and phone number - and pop WhatsApp in the subject. Let's conquer those cupboards of doom together!  PS If you'd like to[ Book a 20-minute session with me - I've three spaces still open for August to help you get organised for Autumn.](https://meetings-eu1.hubspot.com/meetings/catherine-ann/20-minute-slots?uuid=38aa2ab4-98f0-4ae5-b542-a0eab683cb3f) #DigitalOrganisation #PaperlessLife #Decluttering #ProductivityTips #LifeAdmin #PersonalFinance #OrganisedLife #WorkingSmarter #DigitalTransformation #PaperMountain #CupboardOfDoom #FinancialTimes #ConsumerAdvice #DigitalSolutions #MentalLoad **About doqit:** doqit is a life admin platform born from real experience.
