Holy Sh*t Balls I Need doqit!

User research we're working on is on its final straight.😃 And it's exciting working with three of our identified customer avatars to do a deeper dive into their life admin struggles and how doqit today can help, and importantly where our roadmap is aligning to the areas it's not (yet).

This mornings session kicked off this last piece of the jigsaw with Emily. She's mid 30's, married, works, has 2 children, home, car ...... and looks after the family life admin; oh, and she's time poor too.

We kicked off with getting her onboarded and agreed she'd focus on her car admin.

What she knows now that she didn't at 9am this morning includes:

- Her MOT book-in and expiry dates
- When the Road Tax expires, and has set a handy nudge the day before so it doesn't fall through the net
- That her car insurance rolled over three weeks ago! And, this won't happen again. She's got a copy of it (so she knows the provider name and policy premium), the expiry date, and the golden sweet spot as per Martin Lewis' advice to get the best price next time.

Boom 💥

She decided to add her driving licence too. And, as she was telling me about a friend of her's whose licence had expired - only finding out when she'd try to use it to hire a car, the words...

HOLY SH*BALLS!

... came screaming through the screen 😳

Turns out her driving licence is on the cusp of expiring.

As we wound up this week's session, she offered a bit feedback.

"I love the simplicity of doqit and how easy it is. I mean, no one has time for faffing about".
